  My child had a sticker in her Mac n cheese ( came from the packaging it was stored in) after informing the server, the manager came over and instead offering just her apologies, told me that the sticker was safe for consumption. The fact that the ink, nevermind the glue from sticker, was bleeding on her Mac n cheese making it black makes my experience worth sharing. I didn't get the meal comp'd. I'm frustrated that I was given an excuse and not a sincere apology. Maybe that manger is fine eating ink blackend Mac n cheese, but I'm not okay with my child eating it. I go there often enough but this might be the reason I find somewhere else to eat from now on

  Been coming here for years. This place will consistently give you good food and good drinks. The service is outstanding and have only rarely had any problems which the staff corrects without issue. It's the best Applebee's I have ever been to.
